This one I did not see coming....it seems that a spat between Oracle and OpenOffice.org has led to the exodus of at least 33 members of the development team.
This is a very interesting turn of events given the birth of this product from the early StarOffice days of SUN.
As with all OSS projects if you can't make money off the product or service, the project is doomed.
